IMANA is governed by the Board of directors, our highest decision-making authority. The board of directors is made up of a maximum of seven members, self nominated and fully paid-up members. IMANA’s regular business is administered by the Board of directors.
IMANA is registered with BIPA under Section 21 as a not for profit organisation.
